I know! It's been a while since I've posted anything new here or in my shop. :( I need to get on that!

I am part of a great group on Facebook that's all about fitness, for women only. It came about through the readers of Mama Laughlin's blog. I have gotten quite a bit of business through this great group of women and I am so grateful for that!
